From July 14th to 23rd, 2025, the Chess Federation of Serbia, under the patronage of the Ministry of Sports, is organizing the 5th INTERNATIONAL SUMMER CHESS FESTIVAL called "SERBIA OPEN 2025". The tournament will be held at the "Metropol Palace" hotel (Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra 69).

Šahovski savez Srbije, pod pokroviteljstvom Ministarstva sporta, od 14 – 23. jula 2025. godine organizuje 5. MEĐUNARODNI LETNJI ŠAHOVSKI FESTIVAL pod nazivom “SRBIJA OPEN 2025”. Turnir će se održati u hotelu “Metropol Palace” (Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra 69).

From July 12th to 22nd, 2026, the Chess Federation of Serbia, under the patronage of the Ministry of Sports, is organizing the 6th INTERNATIONAL SUMMER CHESS FESTIVAL called "SERBIA OPEN 2026". The tournament will be held at the "Metropol Palace" hotel (Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra 69).
 
"MASTERS" tournament - prizes: the total fund amounts to €20,500
"CHALLENGERS" tournament - PRIZES €3,000
"AMATEURS" tournament - PRIZES €1,000
Rating tournament – 6 rounds - PRIZES €2,000
Final blitz tournament - PRIZES €1,800
Rapid tournament - PRIZES €2,000
