Tournament participants who pay all their expenses on time (entry fee, hotel or transfer) do not need to register separately for the tournament. Their name is guaranteed to be on the list of pairings of the first round.

Participants who have not settled their obligations on time must appear in the tournament office (Hotel "Metropol Palace") no later than July 2 at 14:00. After that deadline, no further applications will be possible.

To avoid large crowds, the tournament office will be open for three days and will be working according to following schedule:

• June 30th: 13:00 – 19:00
• July 1st: 10:00 – 20:00
• July 2nd: 08:30 – 14:00
